A hooded Arielle Lane is led into frame where she's left to balance in extreme high heels while David gathers the rest of her predicament. Mercifully she's allowed to sit on a stool where her arms are drawn into an armbinder behind her back. Her nipples are then clamped and her legs spread by a spreader bar. Eventually to add to the dilemma a weight is added to her clamp chain pulling the clamps downwards. Not quite done with his addition of predicament a twine leash is added to the clamps and pulled out to a kettlebell weight forcing her forward and onto the stool.
