She's seated on a table and head harness before her sandal clad ankles are bound together. She's left to struggle a bit like that before David reveals the true purpose of her location and hogties her pulling her head up to the top of the rack. David toys with her a bit pulling on the rope to tighten it here and there till he finally leaves her to struggle on her own.
