488 Serene Isley - Building Inspector Finds a Squatter

I have to go inspect a few building downtown, but when I enter one of them, I find a mattress, and several other things to indicate that someone is squatting in the building. About that time, a man comes up from behind me, wraps his arms around me and shoves me down on the mattress. I demand to know who he is and tell him that the building is supposed to be empty. He pulls my arms behind me and I struggle trying to get away. He uses some rope to tie them together at the elbow. I tell him that what he's doing is illegal and that he is breaking all sorts of laws, hoping that maybe he'll let me go and we can sort all of this out.
Instead, the man continues adding rope to my arms. I try to negotiate with him by saying that if he'll untie me I'll give him a few hours to get his stuff out of the building before I report it. He gets a little grabby putting his hands on my ass and I swat at his hands as much as I can. My wrists are next, tied tightly behind me like my elbows, but he's not done yet.
By the end of the clip, he has be gagged with a bandanna and wrapped clear tape all the way around my head. He ties me to a bright orange hand truck and wheels me out of the building
