Lola gets home after long day at the office and sits down next to her husband David on the couch. She wishes him a happy birthday but asks him what's up with all the rope. Apparently, all he really wants his birthday is to tie her up. After some hesitation, she agree to let him tie her wrists and ankles, but only because it's his birthday. 

David gets to work tying her wrists and Lola insults him a bit saying that he tends to be rather selfish on his birthday. David isn't worried though, he has a bit more in store for her this time, especially since she likes to pull the “I only give blowjobs on birthday" routine. They banter back and forth and David ties her ankles, still keeping the mood very light and fluffy, despite her mocking and bitching every now and then. 

With her ankles and wrists tied, Lola wishes David a happy birthday and tells him to bring out the candles, but David has other things in mind. He grabs another rope and binds her elbows tightly together behind her back. She is not okay with this, but he's only just started. He tells her that he's sick of all of her bullshit, reaches around and gropes her breasts and raises her skirt to show off her stocking tops and girdle. 

David moves on to the part he's thought about for the past ten years, shutting the bitch up. He pulls out a huge purple foam ball and holds it up to her mouth. She refuses to open claiming that it will not fit in her mouth. He proceeds to shove it inside, proving her wrong and silencing her in one shot. He winds black vet wrap around her head extra tight to keep her nice and quiet. 

The wrap is so tight that Lola's eyes turn a little red and her cheeks puff out above the gag, but David just continues to wind it. Since she can't object, David starts unbuttoning her blouse, reaching inside to grope her breasts again, eventually pulling them out to pinch and tease her nipples. Another piece of rope gets added just above her knees to secure her thighs together. 

While David has Lola in this position, he decides to be a little meaner and adds a layer of red electrical tape around the center of the gag shoving the poof ball even further in her mouth. She squints hard and whimpers as it cleaves her mouth. One more rope gets added from her knees around her neck and back down to keep her in a bent over position. He tells her that he's going out with some friends for his birthday but he liked the idea of her being tightly bound and gagged at home waiting for him. She begins to cry and tries to snuggle into his hand hoping he will have some sympathy and let her go. 

Unfortunately for Lola, David has wanted to do this for a long time and doesn't plan on giving in just because she gets a little sniffle. He leaves her alone and she struggles on the couch. She wiggles her feet and pulls on the ropes. She tries to call out for him to come back, but the extra tight gag makes it really hard for her to make any kind of loud noise.
