Standing under a suspension rack wearing a long open bottom vintage girdle, satin gloves and stockings, Serene is blindfolded and then gagged with a panel gag head harness. Her arms are tightly bound behind her back and leather straps are buckled around her ankles. A pair of clover nipple clamps are applied to her breasts before she is commanded to kneel on the ground. Next a spreader bar is attached to the ankle cuffs she is wearing and her arms are pulled up and tied off into a strappado. Her predicament gets worse as a piece of thin rope is attached to her nipple clamps and then tied off to a weight in front of her. This pulls her into an awkward position while having the strain on her arms heighten from the strappado position. A crotch rope is the last rope added, lifting Serene slightly in the air. She is left in her predicament with the ropes pulling her body in several different directions.
